This Thursday the “Early Careers” event held by Black Girls in Tech and Beyond Education (BE) was designed to provide young professionals with the opportunity to learn and grow in the technology industry.
The Black girls in tech Fest is a networking and recruitment event catered to connecting black talent to reputable companies and networks. The fest focuses on careers within the tech sector and commenced on Saturday, 12th March in London.
Black Girls In Tech have partnered with Code Untapped to offer our members an amazing opportunity to get trained , undergo a 12 month paid placement and then landing a job with one of their partner companies for full stack developer and data engineer roles.
On the 29th October , we hosted our ‘Tap into Tech’ conference for the second year running.BGIT Nigeria is an organisation with the goal of providing community and a safe space, while increasing representation for black women in the tech industry by making technology careers more accessible.
Black Girls in Tech will be collaborating with The Girl Code to produce two FREE Coding 101 Workshops in Web development and Python over the course of two days.
Black Girls In Tech will be hosting a Google Meet Online Link Up for all UI/UX Designers from beginner to senior level.
